Yellowish teeth

Hi , This is shiva D one of the employee from IT org. As part of my profession I used to drink coffee at least thrice in a day.. it might be the reason my teeth became more yellowish and looking very ugly. Please let me know if any suggestion or treatment which will be perfectly apted. For your kind information I am attaching few snapshots. Just see that and measure the intensity of scaling.

Yellow color is result of 1) internal. due to defective enamel formation 2)external due to foods and habits, or combination of both, we have to clinically check, External stains can be removed by simple cleaning,polishing, bleaching. Internal stains can't be removed, but v can treat with veneers effectively
