Yellowish discharge and Spotting

It started on 27th August, I started having pain while urinating, it used to increase if I holded my pee for a while, and specially during night and early morning. And yellowish discharge used to come out in the morning specially but with time around 7-8th it started to be normal, I had intercourse on 9th and everything was going fine. I had my periods on 16th September (5 days early) usually I have a lot of pain but this time it didn't have any, maybe because I joined gym this month from 4th September. I had a long period as well, normally it ends between 3-4 days but this time it was 7 days, so after that I again joined gym, first day it was normal, but second day which was my leg day I started having slight cramps and noticed drops of blood and the spotting continued. Today on 26th I skipped gym cause I got a bit worried cause it's not stopping but it's still the same. I also got pregnancy test it's negative. What am I supposed to do now?
