An odoured yellow wax form continually in right ear...and each day I used to clean it...its being a month till now... I consult one of my friend and she said may be there's a hole in the ear window . Can u recommend any test or else which being necessary

As per your description you might have developed infection in the right ear.. yellowish discharge with foul smell may occur in unsafe type of COM..visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
