My stool colour is yellow and unformed shiny surface . i do one or two times stool in a day. i have also some gas and belching problem. i have taken many medicine but nothing worked.

You mean your stools are yellow ? Unformed means it is loose in consistency.  Please clarify. Normal formed stools are brown and loose stools are yellow.
