Hello. If your teeth seem to have turned yellow from white, it may be due to external staining( due to coloured food like haldi, coffee, tea, etc) and plaque/ tartar. Best treatment is to get a dental clean-up/ scaling.  Teeth return to their normal colour after scaling. If you want whiter teeth then ask your dentist about teeth whitening also. Happy to help.
