Yawning and sighing issues

I am a 15 years old boy . I am experiencing excessive yawning and sighing from 2 days . Some of the yawns are unsatisfactory . I am experiencing this issue mostly when I am bored and thinking about it . I have also experienced this issue a yr ago . I ignored it then and it went away by itself . It mostly happens when I overthink about it
