Multiple ill-defined inhomogeneous opacities are noted at left lung fields suggestive of infective changes. This is the highlighted part other things appear normal.. Kindly explain me what they are trying to say?

If u have taken 6 months of AKT and now if u dnt have any chest related symptoms, dnt worry too much on x ray report. It's old healed changes of TB.  But if u get any symptoms u need to see chest Physcian
