Explain me as I have issue in my right jaw and please explain me everything about this x ray so that before going to doctor I will be prepared. I have issue in my right jaw and sometimes sour smelly liquid comes in my mouth and I have to spit it again and again. Little bit problem is in left jaw as well. For clear picture I am attaching my opg. So please explain me everything about this opg x ray. Every issue that is there . Thank you

A impacted wisdom tooth is there which wont erupt on its own as its position is not favourable... Besides there is cyst kind of radiolucency around it... Ur wisdom tooth needs to b removed... But very skillfully as lower border of mandible remained seems to b very thin.. Adjacent tooth also needs to be checked clinically for its involvement with radiolucency...

Hi There is large lesion involving your right mandibular tooth I suggest u to go an max fac surgeon and let the tooth and lesion removed as soon as possible Mostly for your case it needs to be done under general anesthesia since your lesion is too large and deep to be done under local anesthesia But no need to pani. Just get it done and it bother u again

Right lower wisdom molar is impacted. I needs to be treated. Looks like a huge lesion. Most likely needs to be extracted.
