So what happened I had a fracture on ulna bone near wrist like 7 years ago and after bone got healed I had a long time pain on that side when I'm moving my wrist to hold plates to eat or anything like that direction only...but somehow the pain got away few years back and how again whenever I do biceps workout or anything which has that kind of movement like closing the door with that clockwise locks so the pain comes again... And this time it's severe... What can be the reason and how can I make that part more flexible
