Wrist ligament tear

2 months back, I had ligament tear in wrist. Still I am having some pain in wrist movement. I can't move it freely. Unable to hold weighted materials e.g a bucket full of water. Do I need to go for some kind of therapy or it can be recovered by keeping the hand in rest.

- Consult an experienced physiotherapist, you will need therapy. - Do not lift weight or put weight on the wrist till you strengthen it . That can be done once your pain reduces. - Get your vitamin b12, vitamin d3 levels tested . If low consult an experienced orthopaedic surgeon.
