Wound 5th day me skin join ho rahi hai aur sirf halki swelling aur chalte waqt thoda dard hai — ye normal healing hai, infection nahi lagta. TT ho chuka hai aur antibiotic chal raha hai, isliye course pura karaiye. Bacchi chal pa rahi hai, ye achha sign hai.
Next Steps
Roz saaf paani se dho kar antibiotic cream lagaiye aur halka dressing rakhiye, wound ko khujlaane na dein. Agar pus nikle, laali failne lage, bukhar aaye ya dard badhe to turant dikhaiye.

The wound appears to be showing signs of healing, as the outer skin has started to close. However, the persistent swelling and mild pain while walking warrant further clinical evaluation, particularly to assess the wound locally and review her overall health and nutritional status. A proper pediatric consultation can help identify any factors that may be slowing healing and provide appropriate symptomatic treatment, nutritional guidance, and general supportive care to facilitate optimal wound healing. You may consult me through Practo for a detailed evaluation and personalized advice.
