I had undergone gynaecomastia surgery successfully. But the hole made for it was not completely cured. It is present like a small wound in that area. Please suggest me for the cure

This might be a wound gape in the suture line at the operative site or the drain site. Both of which will heal spontaneous, need not to worry much. Continue with daily meds (antibiotics and analgesics) and dressings as suggested by surgeon. Post some pics and other detIls too for better evaluation and advice.
