Dear Sirs&Madams,with profound gratitude for ur invaluable guidance in d matters of my health so far,I begin to describe my fresh concern&again seek ur most needed lifesaving,redeeming advice&dispel my doubts yet again.Today enroute to my CourtOffice,around 15km away frm my house,I was travelling seated in my hired Autorickshaw.It was 3/4s d journey covered when all of a sudden 2 irresponsible brats speeding down on their 2wheeler carelessly manoeuvred to overtake my vehicle from d wrong direction frm behind.U know it's currently rainy in B'lore where I reside&every road is a mess with puddles&potholes filled with dirtyditchwater containg all animal discharge including that of humananimal.Dis draws d true picture of d gigantic bigbrandBangalore.As they passed over a collection of such puddles,all d supposedly most dirtywater splashed all over my left side of body covered with full sleeved shirtfull pant.Now I got to stay till 8pm widout bath.Howsafe am I in present conditions.Dress wet
