Hi Dr,
My wife is 12 week pregant through IVF.
We need her regular blood test.
Sharing report here.
WBC is high.
Report also has blood smear
I am worried if any cancer issue?
Does WBC increase in first trimester

During pregnancy, white blood cells normally increase to protect you and the baby. A count of 15,000 is expected and does not suggest cancer unless other abnormal findings are present.
Hb and platelets seems to be in a normal range that means there is no marrow infiltration.
