Its Better if you go for extraction with the wisdom tooth. Usually wisdom tooth rarely come across occlusion and help in chewing. And in most of the cases, if not properly accessible, rct will be difficult for the operator giving a high chance of faulty treatment and hence future problems.

The prognosis of root canal for wisdom tooth is average. Whereas for all other teeth its very good.
