In your case, the right-sided tooth was a straightforward extraction. However, the right-side wisdom tooth removal will be a surgical procedure. The procedure may take around 15–20 minutes and you will not feel pain during the extraction. Just keep in mind that this one won’t be as simple as the previous one. After the surgery, you may experience some discomfort while opening your mouth. It’s best to plan for a full day of rest after the procedure.

The tooth will take a little longer to extract. However it will be a surgical disimpaction but the effect of LA if administered properly wont make you feel any pain. Above that after the disimpaction you might experience some discomfort for almost 5-7 days but that is totally managable wiyh right pain killers.

It won't be a difficult task for an experience hands but considering its position, it may take some or little more time in extraction. You won't feel any pain during extraction as local anesthetic is administered. Some slight discomfort may persists for few days after extraction but there won't be pain cause you will be given medicines for that . So you can go ahead
