Please visit a dentist and get an X ray done to find out the  position of the tooth in your oral cavity. If it's an impacted tooth that means if it's inside the jaw and doesn't have enough space to erupt it's advisable to extract it but in other cases it can be saved and can be relieved you of pain . Pls visit a dentist ASAP and stop popping painkillers
Next Steps
Till then rinse yiur mouth with warm saline water and keep that area clean.

Consequence of  wisdom teeth: **soreness of jaw **Difficulty in opening the mouth **pericoronitis(inflammation of gums  which cause bad breathe) **crowding of adjacent teeth **Erosion of teeth cause cavitation of adjacent teeth **cyst formation It requires surgical removal of wisdom teeth followed by analgesics and antibiotics

Hello sir, for wisdom tooth only treatment is extraction, don't delay the treatment because it damages the adjacent tooth... Do warm saline gargle.. Take paracetamol 500mg 3times daily for three days..
