Hello, Yes it is normal that you have space after extraction. If it had been any other tooth then this space would be replaced with a bridge/implant. But in this case  the tooth extracted is third molar/wisdom teeth and it is of no use in oral cavity.

Hi Yes. It's perfectly fine to have space, as wisdom tooth is not used during mastication(chewing of food). The socket area will heal within 7 days and there is no need for  any kind of tooth replacement in the space that is available.

Hi ! The Wisdom tooth is a vestigeal part of your body. Basically it is of no use, neither helps you in chewing nor for any cosmetic purpose. It has been known to cause multiple issues , and removal is a permanent, perfect solution! So as it was anyways of no use, the wisdom tooth never has to be replaced, and the space fills up and the gums around will heal to not trouble you ever in your life! Wish you Wisdom and Good Health, Best Regards, Dr. Mohit Jain.

There is no need for replacement of your wisdom teeth as our 3rd molars are non functional. Keep the area clean by regular brushing and gargle. Take care.
