A wisdom tooth is one which fails to erupt in the given space and time. An impacted tooth may cause inflammation of gums around the tooth i.e pericoronitis, tenderness of jaw, pushing the neighbouring teeth causing crowding , may cause dental caries also to neighbouring tooth. Mam you wisdom tooth is black because of caries . The treatment of wisdom tooth will be extraction of tooth . If you delay extraction it may cause pain due to caries you can removal the tooth at the earliest .
Next Steps

The extraction is performed under local anesthesia so you wont feel any sort of pain but after 3-4 hrs you will experience some sort of pain when the effect of anesthesia lowers But it can be managed by pain relievers tablets(analgesics)! But if the wisdom tooth is just blackened out without causing any pain or it is carious you can opt for caries removal with filling with tooth color material or a Ceramic(tooth color) Cap on the tooth.
