Wisdom tooth sometimes fail to erupt completely. In that case you need to get them extracted. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash and try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hello It mostly looks like the wisdom tooth and yes wisdom tooth sometimes does not come completely into the mouth and it is half inside the bone and half outside leading to much problems like cheek biting, cavity formation, sensitivity, food lodgement and that area is also not accessible for cleaning through brushing and rinsing. So when the problem starts disturbing your normal day-to-day activity it is always better to get the wisdom tooth removed. Wisdom tooth extraction is a very normal and minor dental procedure that does not involve much of a discomfort. I would suggest you to visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon ( wisdom tooth extraction specialist) and get the tooth removed before it damages the adjacent tooth.
