I have a wing right scapula,my righr chest is smaller than the other one,one of my ribs is a little bit out of the cage,i feel pain in my shoulder and lower right back,about a year ago i used to sleep in a couch a very bad position for about 3 months,one moorning i wpke up with pain in my shoulder and few days later i start noticing all these aymetries,i used to go to the gym and workout so before that i had good and strong balanced muscle on both sides but no my entire right side is dead.

Core Strengthening Exercises.
Gentle Neck Exercises.
Avoid sleeping on affected side..
Warm up and cool down is a must.
U need to visit a physiotherapist for the winged scapula to get treated with wax therapy and mobilisation exercises if ur diabetic kindly do properly manage it by taking medicine on time and keep it controlled moreover follow the exercises taught by them and continue at home it will be there for a while
