I have irregular periods. I don't have any cervical mucus during ovulation period I am trying for the past 4months Please go through my ultrasound reports

The ultrasound mentions pcos the only treatment of which is to exercise and maintain a healthy bmi tracking cervical mucus is a very vague method of identifying ovalution you can go for an ultrasound called follicular monitoring or use the ovulation strip kit which are available in the market other reasons for the inability to conceive need to be investigated
