First thing if you're measuring your bp by yourself from digital bp monitor then you should get it checked by manual monitor in a medical facility ...and then also if you get such a variation you should then consult super specialists

Wide pulse pressure occurs when the difference between your systolic and diastolic blood pressure is greater than 40 mmHg. It primarily indicates either stiff, non-compliant arteries or a hyperdynamic heart condition. Common specific causes include: Arteriosclerosis / Atherosclerosis: The natural stiffening, aging, or plaque buildup in the aorta causes the top (systolic) pressure to rise and the bottom (diastolic) pressure to drop. Aortic Regurgitation: A leaky aortic valve causes blood to flow backward into the heart, leading to an increased stroke volume and lower diastolic pressure. Hyperthyroidism: An overactive thyroid produces excess hormones that cause the heart to beat faster and harder, pushing up the systolic pressure. Severe Anemia: A low red blood cell count forces the heart to pump more blood to compensate for a lack of oxygen. A persistently wide pulse pressure is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular conditions such as heart failure and stroke.

Ecg is normal. Wide pulse pressure could be due to thickened and blocked arteries, leaking aortic valve, hyperthyroidism or anemia. Get thyroid function tests,  Haemoglobin,  cardiac echo done and share results.

Your ECG is absolutely normal. Wide pulse pressure (high pulse pressure) occurs when the difference between your systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom) blood pressure exceeds 50 to 60 mmHg. It typically indicates stiffened arteries, leaky heart valves, or hyperthyroidism, and increases your risk for heart disease, stroke, and atrial fibrillation. Sometimes due to anemia also. I would advise you to get your haemoglobin and thyroid levels checked. Get 2D echo to rule out valvular heart diseases. Major reason in your case is anxiety. You have to find ways to manage your anxiety. Fasting sugar is also on upper normal range. Get your sugars checked as well. Lifestyle modification would be enough if sugars levels are in prediabetic range.
