Why light period / spotting
I am trying to conceive and diagnosed with Pcos so I am taking letrozole 5 mg from Day 2 of period for 5 days. On 9th and 12th day I had follicular scan and on 12 day the follicle size was 23x20 so Doc gave HCG shot. On 27th day I notice few spot and thought my period started .on 28th n 29th day I noticed light spotting with no cramp and stopped completely. I have done pregnancy test next day but it came negative. I have light breast pain. What could be the reason of light spotting, if I didn't conceive why I had light period ? M really confuse
Repeat the pregnancy test of again atleast after one week if u didn't get ur periods till then.
Next Steps
if the test is positive then go ahead ..
but if Negative then your cycle of follicular study will be repeated..

For pregnancy test use morning sample of urine and preferably mud stream urine sample
