Why is his penis shrinking. It is small when non erect and erect images attached . Will this cause issues in future for child birth

Your scrotum is also very small. Please get your karyotyping done. Please consult with a Urologist and Endocrinologist in your area. Unless it is trick photography,  it is going to need prolonged treatment.
