Any complaints of fever ? How is the baby activity ? If no fever, baby taking feeds well and active, then we can wait and see for 2 to 3 days. It resolves mostly by itself. Then get vaccinated at 45 days of age At any time baby develops danger signs like not taking feeds well, not active, fever etc ., consult near by paediatrician
