I've had this discharge along with discomfort during sex for more than 4 weeks now. I had consulted a doctor and she said it was a bacterial infection. She gave me Clingen Forte (vaginally inserted) pill for 7 days as well as OFT tablet and Nexpro RD for GAS. These medicines made me really hormonal for the course of the treatment but I still have the discharge and I'm worried it's something serious.

Hi. Vaginal infections take time to go. White discharge might persist. You should take antibiotics full course with doxycycline and metronidazole. Also, get a pap smear done to rule out other conditions.
