Thicker-than-usual white discharge accompanied by itching might be indicative of a yeast infection, also known as candidiasis. It's a common fungal infection caused by the overgrowth of Candida yeast. However, it's crucial to consult a gynaecologist for proper diagnosis and treatment, as other conditions like bacterial vaginosis or sexually transmitted infections could also present with similar symptoms.
