Small White spots on tonsil that may smtyms come and go but there is no pain or fever not even a headache or swolen lymph nodes ...i have experienced this after vomiting the yellow stuff one day using my finger and also after coming back from a trip..what may it be am very worried

You seem to have tonsilloliths, i.e. tonsil stones. These are fairly common. But if they are frequent enough they can be the sign of chronic tonsillitis, and may require treatment.
