I have white spots on my face. It arises every year especially in winter since last 2-3years. When I wash my face with soap or facewash and go out in sunlight then white patches become more visible on the face.I am applying skin moisturiser its not showing any improvement. Please advice in detail: Nature of diseases, Cause, Symptoms, Effects, prevention, Medicines(lotion, gel, sunscreen, facewash( if any) ) etc...
