White spots in teeth
Hi,
I see some white patches or spots in my teeth. Few of my both upper and lower teeth.
I have been flossing on and off. Have jaw and neck pain issue going for an year without any diagnosis and relief yet.
Since I have jaw pain, didn't go for dental cleaning for an year. Flossing sometimes at home. This white patches appeared suddenly. Been there for few months now. Around 5 to 6 months now. How to remove those?
Attaching a sample picture from internet. It's like same on my teeth. It's on the tongue side and only at the base of the teeth back side. Not in the front side.
And my gums are inflamed after brushing everyday. It's receding. Will it go away with constant flossing?

No it will not go away with constant flossing.
What I can understand from your explanation is that you have calculus deposite on the inner side of your teeth.
You can try using a medium or hard brush once or twice a week. Rest of the days use a soft brush.
Use xtar toothpaste at night.

I’m sure you went under braces treatment recently . And
These white spots are related to that only . Whenever there is food lodgement around your braces cavity starts to form and that de- mineralises your teeth leading to white spot lesions .
If your treatment is over recently then wait for 4-5 months from the time braces have been removed. If the white spots don’t reduce by them selves you will have to visit a dentist for the same.
Jaw and neck pain can be related to your lower jaw joint pain- TMJ joint . An Orthodontist can help you with that .
