Looking like pityriasis alba, (dry skin ) apply moisturiser, protect from sun .If exposed to sun baby will tan , sunlight supress the pigmentation in the patch. As such climate also dry.Colour will normalise in few months.Zincovit, albendazole were now outdated. Moisturiser is the main treatment.

It is P alba. Just moisturize the skin, keep the child away from sunlight for a while. It will fade gradually.

Apply moisturizer regularly Sometimes, it can be due to anemia or fungal infection. Better to test for anemia.

Most likely Pityriasis Alba – a harmless dryness-related condition. Moisturize well, use sunscreen, avoid over-washing. It fades naturally. No need to panic.”
