This is happening every time ,even if I get cleaned my teeth at a dentist it comes back again. I want to know why is this thing getting accumulated over my teeth and how to prevent and make my teeth free from it . Hope some on can help.

Hello  visit  you need cleaning  of  teeth  in every  6months to 1yr intervals.as your gum got infection  your unable to brush that area properly because  may be bleeding  of gums.you need fallow up and cleaning  until gum disease reduced then you can maintain  oral hygiene by brushing twice in a day.

Itbis calculus or debris which is due to poor oral hygeine. Kindly do the scaling once more and maintain the oral hygeine.. do warm saline rinse after every meals
