My 6 months old baby I noticed this morning he has white patches like tiny pimples on his upper and lower lips I am worried I just noticed this recently because I just recently introduced him to cerelac please am so worried what that could it be

helo..dont panick..its very normal in that age...not related to change in food ...you can continue with complimentary food along with breast milk
