white patches are coz of excess flouride in water or some enamel deformity...it cannot be removed by brushing...only way is bleaching or laminates

White patches can be fluorosis or hypoplasia. Superficial patches can be removed by micoabrasion. Otherwise a well finished composite restoration  would match with your  tooth color.

Hello..This can be due to developmental defect called enamel hypoplasia(decreased mineralization of enamel layer).You can get rid of that by composite filling or laminates or crowns.
