Hello It looks like cheek bite, which is very common due to the mucosa coming in between the teeth There is nothing to worry about it If it becomes symptomatic, please visit the dentist for further evaluation

Hi! This appears to be a hyperkeratotic area on the buccal mucosa, possibly due to cheek biting or frictional trauma. Since it's asymptomatic, no immediate treatment is needed. Maintain good oral hygiene and avoid any habits like cheek biting or consuming hard/spicy foods. Monitor the area for any changes in size, color, or the appearance of symptoms. If any changes occur, a clinical evaluation and possibly a biopsy may be required.
