White patch in side of tounge present from  2mouths no pain no problem what is it...is it serious or not

White spot on side of tongue may be ulceration or   any precancerous lesions. Topical and systemic corticosteroids along with antioxidants has to be taken. You can consult through this for prescription of medication by history and clinical pictures.
