I have a white lump on upper lip from one and half month . i have visited dentist and ent both. they said its nothing serious . i have done full body checkup today and attaching my reports.

Only CBC results and urine results are attached. CBC results show slightly lower hemoglobin Urine analysis shows pus cells indicating urinary tract infection.If symptomatic consult with a general physician in your area.
