I saw a white layer being formed on my upper pallet with red dots and black in between with sore throat

Do salt water gargling with  lukewarm water 3-4times daily. Maintain good oral hygiene... Pic is needed to understand which part of the palate is affected. U should consult an ENT surgeon to clear sore throat (pharyngitis).
