Am facing white hyperpigmentation on lower lips,since 15years & lips get dry sooner,applying lipcare hourly.but still gets dry sooner.due to white pigmentation on lower lips,it looks so bad for me & also for others who see it...so plz help me to come out of ds prblm..& make my lips to be in nrmal colour...thank u...
