I am facing these from past 3+ years. these are so painful. cheeks, chin,forehead and scalp are most effected areas. and having them on body also on down the shoulders and back side. please advise me.

Whiteheads, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
