White hair issue
On young itself i am getting many white hairs on head as well as on beard. Please suggest how this can be prevent in future and how to turn white hair to black naturally.
There are many causes of premature grey hair.
Common cause is vitamin B12 or other vitamin deficiency, bad diet habits, genetic.
