I visit 3 dental doctor. Doctor say normal. i seen white dot 1 month. No pain no any problem. i stop tobacco. This white dot normal.

Hi this is normal, nothing to worry. But from the image attached lot of stains are present on your teeth which require a round of cleaning/ scaling.

Very poor oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice daily,visit your dental surgeon for scaling and polishing. Nothing to worry till date but quit tobacco immediately.
