  4. White discharge. Can someone help me?

I've taken treatment for white discharge twice already and I still haven't recovered from it. I still have a lot of curdy looking discharge with slight foul odour accompanied by itching. I've done sonography, everything is normal. Please can someone help me? I'm all out of money at the moment.
