White discharge
I am 43 year old. When my urination ends, some white drop comes out. I do have itching in my private parts, vaginal area. Rest of the time there is no white drops come out, only when the urine ends. I have this problem for past 1/2 years. I have had my uterus removed, had fibroid, heavy bleeding. Now i am not having my periods. What would be the best treatment. What could be the reason of it. Is this a serious internal problem?

First urine infection or vaginal infection. Cannot rule out without examination.
