Hi, my son 4years old, we noticed white discharge from his penis today. He also scratches his penis. Is this normal? Thank you

Hi.. White discharge if it is small amount then it may be normal but it is impossible to say definitely without seeing in person...Scratching in the region can be due to allergy or fungal infection or insect bite also..
