I have white coating toungue from last five month also fermentation type smell(feels like nail polish removal smell )from mouth, stool , body skin and urine,sometime acidity and sometime indigestion.Low grade fever.Sometime feel bitter taste in mouth.Anus itching, nose itching.I don't have diabetes.Feel brain fog.Leg cramp.My Hba1ac is 5.0.

Check vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels.also check liver functions and cbc and consider giving up alcohol if you take any .
