I have tiny white and yellowish spot in my both inner cheek near buccal mucosa ... it is not paining and burning but what exactly is this

Clinical examination is required for proper diagnosis. Could be linea alba atthe occlusal line area. That is normal.

Hi..... These are ectopic sebaceous glands known as fordyce granules . Normally present in the buccal mucosa. It's a normal anatomical structure . No need to worry about, but can consult a dentist for a Clinical examination.
