Hi sir,ma'am I had sore throat and mild pain no other symptoms for last 4 days, took Azithromycin and pain subsided, but noticed white mouth ulcer like patches inside one side of throat..pls refer image and guide what it is and any remedies pls..thank you!

It’s post infection ulcers can occur especially after viral infection use a betadine mouth gargles to keep the oral cavity clean this will resolve in a week
