It's been two years since I have been suffering from these problems I don't know whether I should go for a general physician or a gastrologist. My symptoms are pretty weird: a) After the bowel movement I feel nauseous with, bitter taste in my mouth and that starts gradually along with dizziness[in the worst scenario I gagged but no vomiting], b) After some time of freshing up, I feel like a fluid type movement in the colon that will make me poop, but when I go to the washroom nothing there. c) My sleep is in trouble. I can't be able to sleep early even so when I push myself I go to sleep, then also i cant able to sleep and in the morning I went to deep sleep mode and that is between 12-2pm [in short the timing of sleep is a problem]. d) My quality of life is decreasing a lot. I am not able to study and feel lethargic all the time. Unable to concentrate on things.
